2. We believe in one God, eternally expressed in three forms: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (2 Corinthians 13:14)
3. We believe that Jesus is fully God and fully human. We believe in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His sacrificial death on the cross for us, in His bodily resurrection, and ascension. We believe in His personal return with power and glory. (John 3:16, Romans 5:8)
4. We believe that our salvation consists of turning from our way—to His way; forgiveness; receiving Christ’s righteousness, and the gift of eternal life received by faith in Christ Jesus and the new life of the Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 2:8, 1 John 1:9, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 2:20)
5. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the Spirit-filled life by which we are enabled to live a Godly life. (Acts 2:4 & 38-39, Ephesians 4:30-32, 1 Corinthians 12:1-11, Galatians 5:22)
6. We believe that water baptism by immersion is an outward sign of an inward work of God in our lives. (Acts 2:38, Matt. 28:19) We believe in the celebration of the Lord’s Supper as an expression of our new life with God. (1 Corinthians11:24-25)
7. We believe in divine healing and deliverance as the power of Jesus Christ to heal the sick and restore the afflicted. (James 5:14-15, 1 Peter 2:24, Matt. 8:17) Further, we believe that it is the will of God that we prosper and grow in the faith. (Hebrews 6:1)
8. We believe in the resurrection. There is an eternity with God (heaven) and an eternity separated from God (hell). (John 14:1-3, Revelations 7:15-17,& 20:10 & 15)
9. We believe in the ministry of each believer through a local church. Further, in the unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. (Acts 16:5, Hebrews 10:25, Matt. 28:18-20)
10. We believe that our purpose is to fulfill the great commandment and the great commission. (Matt. 22:37-40, and 28:19)
